The hotel agrees to confirm the appointment date by email to the customer.

Ordering a service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take precedence over all other documents.

3. Prices

The accommodation prices shown on the website www.djerba-resort.com are in Tunisian Dinar, all taxes included. Services will be billed based on the prices in effect on the date of the final and confirmed order.

4. Payment Terms

The booking is final once confirmed on the website www.djerba-resort.com.

The hotel is not obligated to provide the ordered services if the required conditions are not met.

5. Cancellation Terms and Fees

Cancellations made after the reservation confirmation are subject to the following terms:

5.1 Cancellation Attributable to the Hotel

In the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances preventing the hotel from delivering the service, the full amount will be refunded to the client.

5.2 Cancellation Attributable to the Client

Any order cancelled by the client before the scheduled date (including weekends and public holidays) may result in penalties, as agreed with the hotel.

The client must be present at the reserved date, time, and location.

If the client cancels after the scheduled time or fails to appear within 30 minutes of the agreed time, no refund or exchange will be granted, and the full price will be charged.

6. Liability and Warranty

The services offered on www.djerba-resort.com comply with current Tunisian regulations.

The texts and photographs illustrating accommodations on www.djerba-resort.com are non-contractual and do not engage the hotel’s responsibility.

Guests photographed during guided accommodations tacitly accept the publication of those photos on the website www.djerba-resort.com.

During the accommodation, participants are under their own liability. The hotel cannot be held responsible for accidents or theft during the stay.
